Tattoo

You know what would be really brave? It would be really brave of me to go get a tattoo, (I mean inked). Yeah, I could totally see myself with a sleeve or maybe a giant dragon on my back!
But I should actually think this through more because tattoos are there FOREVER, and what if I get tired of dragons when I’m, like, 40? I should get a tattoo that is sensible or maybe actually useful. Maybe I could get a map! The map would probably be small because you don’t want everyone knowing where I live I’ll disguise it somehow.

If I were brave, I’d dye my hair blue. Or maybe Red. Or maybe rainbow colors! Except that might just end up looking brown. Nah, I’ll stick with blue and it’ll be electrifyingly amazing.
And when my mom sees it, she’ll absolutely freak out, but that’s okay because I’m brave. She might ground me after that and it will probably destroy every inch of trust we had. Come to think of it, she’d probably be watching me like a hawk afterwards to make sure I won’t do anything else crazy, and that’ll be SO annoying. How unfair. 
Also I just remembered, I can’t be grounded this week. Anna and I are supposed to go get ice cream on Friday. 

I'm Makin a BOOK

Hey I'm makin a book people! This is very exciting for me. I've had fun doing it. Anyway, I'd thought I'd post up a little as a time because suspense is so fun right? Here is the first page. The whole thing is about being brave.

If I were brave, I’d pierce my ears. Heck, I might even do it myself and not just my ear. I might pierce my nose too while I’m at it! Why not? Although it might be kind of dangerous to do by myself what with unsanitized needles and all. Okay, I’ll get it done at a store place. Except then everyone will be watching, and what if I cry a little? Actually, they might have unsanitized needles too! Come to think of it, needles should not go all the way through body parts. That’s just wrong. There has got to be another way.

I'm nearing the end of my school career! The thought makes me want to assume a fetal position, but I also know it is the beginning of new and exciting things. My goal has been to soak up as much knowledge as I can before I leave school, and then its off to the big ol' blue sky of actually becoming an  adult which has never been an aspiration of mine. Anyway, here are some pieces I've done that I was actually quite proud of because I had fun doing them. They are dealing with the struggles that women go through with self image.
